摘  要:目的介绍全髋关节置换术三维有限元模型的构建,并通过有限元分析探讨相关的生物力学意义。方法采用功能强大的有限元构建分析软件SolidWorks2006,通过对髋关节假体结构进行拆分,分别将4个部分构建后生成体积进而建立全髋关节假体的三维有限元模型,利用COSMOSWorks2006软件进行计算,采用完全程序自动划分方法,共划分17195个结点、11062个单元,分析模拟坐立位腿交叉动作载荷,髋关节假体的应力分布情况。结果所构建的人工髋关节假体三维有限元模型,逼真反映全髋关节置换术的真实几何形态及其生物力学。结论人工髋关节假体三维有限元模型的构建,可以为进行髋关节置换术的生物力学行为以及进行假体优化设计相关力学基础研究提供精确模型。Objective To construct the three - dimensional finite element total hip arthroplasty model and investigate its biomechanical significance by finite element analysis. Methods Total hip joint prosthesis consisted of four parts. The models of four parts were con- structed separately by means of Solid Works 2006 software and calculated by COSMOS Works 2006 software. The automatic dividing method was used by program completely. The models were divided into 17 195 nodes, 11 062 units. The compression distribution and amount of total hip component were analyzed when simulated seated leg - crossing maneuver. Results The constructed three- dimen- sional finite element total hip joint prosthetic model clearly reflected the real total hip arthroplasty shape and biomechanical behavior. Con- clusion The construction of three- dimensional finite element total hip joint prosthetic model provides the precise total hip joint prosthetic model for research on mechanical behavior of hip arthroplasty and improvement of prosthetic design.
