摘　　要：为了掌握剑杆织机共轭凸轮引纬机构在高速运转下的动态响应,以TT96型剑杆织机为例,运用模化方法建立了共轭凸轮引纬机构的数学模型,并利用MATLAB对该引纬机构的动态响应进行了仿真计算.在此基础上,分析了该织机引纬的运动规律和工艺特点,为剑杆织机引纬工艺的完善和共轭凸轮引纬机构的设计提供一定的理论依据,对剑杆织机共轭凸轮引纬机构的动态性能分析有较普遍的意义.In order to grasp the dynamic response for the Conjugate-Cam weft insertion mechanism of rapier loom in high speed, based on the T796 type rapier loom, the paper set up the mathematic model with modeling method, simulated and calculated for the dynamic response with the help of MATLAB, and analyzed the weft insertion motion law and processing property. It can provide theoretical basis for the design of the Conjugate- Cam weft insertion mechanism and improvement of weft insertion technique and is of universal significance for dynamic feature of the Conjugate-Cam weft insertion mechanism in rapier looms.
