摘　　要：目的研究家庭因素对青少年犯罪的影响。方法采用自编青少年违法犯罪行为调查表,家庭环境量表中文版(FES-CV)(第3次修订)对300名犯罪青少年以自测的方式进行团体施测。结果犯罪青少年的家庭环境特征中的亲密度、情感表达、独立性、成功性、知识性、娱乐性和组织性比中国常模的得分低,而矛盾性的得分则较常模高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);犯罪过程中暴力实施情况不同者其家庭的成功性和控制性得分的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Logic回归发现亲属犯罪情况(χ2=6.439,P=0.011)和母亲文化程度(χ2=5.345,P=0.021)两个因素对作案次数有影响,而被调查者学历和母亲文化程度两个因素对作案过程中的暴力使用情况有影响。结论犯罪青少年家庭环境特征与常模有所不同,犯罪特征不同的犯罪青少年间的家庭环境特征也有所不同,并且作案次数和暴力使用情况的不同受到多种家庭情况的影响。Objective To find how family factors influent on juvenile delinquency. Methods A total of 300 juvenile offenders were investigated with delinquency behavior questionnaire and Family En- vironment Scale--Chinese Version （FES--CV）. Results The scores of cohesion, expression, independence, achievement orientation, intellectual--cultural orientation, active--recreational orientation and organization were lower than Chinese norm, while that of conflict was higher than norm, and the difference has statistically significance （P 〈 0. 001）. The difference of scores of family environment characteristics such as achievement orientation and control between violent offenders and non--violent offenders were with statistically significance （P 〈 0.05）. The logic regression analysis shows that family factors such as the relative and accompanier＇s delinquency and the educational status of mothers were the two major factors which influenced on the repetition of offend. On the other hand, the educational status of themselves and their mothers had influence on violent behavior. Conclusions Family environment factors of juvenile offenders were different from the norm, more over, juvenile offenders divided into groups based on different criminal characteristics also had difference in some family environment factors. The research also find that the repetition of offend and violent behavior were influenced by specific family factors.
