摘  要:采用原子吸收分光光度法和X射线荧光光谱法对南京某热电厂220 t/h煤粉锅炉在不同工况燃烧时底渣和电除尘器飞灰中微量元素Mn、Cr、Pb、As、Se、Zn、Cd和Hg的含量进行了分析,研究了燃烧工况的变化对飞灰和底渣中重金属富集的影响.飞灰中微量元素的分布一般存在以下关系:Hg<Cd<As<Se<Cr<Zn<Pb<Mn,在底渣中存在以下关系:Hg<Cd<As<Se<Pb<Zn<Cr<Mn;微量元素在煤中的赋存形态和锅炉运行工况的变化影响微量元素在底渣和电除尘器飞灰中的富集.The content of trace elements, such as Mn, Cr, Pb, As, Se, Zn, Cd and Hg, in the fly ash collected in electrostatic precipitator(EP) and bottom slag under different operation conditions of a pul- verized coal-fired boiler (220t/h) in a thermal power plant of Nanjing City has been analyzed by using atomic absorption photometry and x-ray fluorescence spectroscopy, and at the same time the effect on the enrichment of trace element in fly ash and bottom slag has been analyzed due to variation of operation conditions. The distributions of trace elements in fly ash and bottom slag are generally as follows. Hg〈 Cd〈As〈Se〈Cr〈Zn〈Pb〈Mn and Hg〈Cd〈As〈Se〈Pb〈Zn〈Cr〈Mn respectively. The existing state of trace element in coal and variation of operation conditions have great effects on the enrichment of trace element in fly ash and bottom slag.
