摘  要:对某蓄电池厂周围环境的铅浓度和污染组儿童的健康状况进行了检测。66名儿童为对照组。结果表明污染区的大气、河水、大米、萝卜和马铃薯的铅浓度与对照地区相比明显增高(P<0.01)。污染组儿童与对照组相比,6项中的4项神经行为功能明显下降(P<0.001)。污染组儿童的血铅浓度、淋巴细胞染色体畸变率和微核率分别为431.0±13.0μg/L、1.87±1.01%和7.14±1.9‰,明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。这表明,环境中低浓度铅污染可增加血铅负荷和遗传物质损伤,并且可降低神经行为功能。The lead concentration of the surrounding environment of the storage factory and 77 health children of the contaminated group were measured.66 Children were chiosed as the control group.The results showed that the lead concentration of atmosphere,river water,rice,radish and potato in the contaminated area were higher compared with conrtrol group(P<0.01).4 items of 6 items in the neurobehavioral function for the children of the contaminated group were significantly lower (P<0.001).The blood lead concentration,the rate of chromosomal aberration and minute nucleus of lymphocytes in the children of the contaminated group were 431.0±13.0μg/L,1.87±1.01% and 7.14±1.9‰ respectively,in comparing with the control group.It suggested that the environmental lead pollution of low concentration may enhance the blood lead level and the genetic material damage,may decline the neurobehavioral function.
