冬虫夏草菌丝体抗哇巴因所致豚鼠心脏毒性和抗氧自由基作用的研究

摘　　要：以腹腔给药方式，观察了虫草菌丝体醇提物抗哇巴因所致豚鼠心脏毒性和抗氧自由基作用，实验结果可见虫草菌丝体醇提物能显著提高唾巴因所致豚鼠心脏毒性和LD100的剂量及显著延迟其致心脏毒性和LD100的时间，能显著提高心脏毒性时SOD活性和降低MDA的含量，表明本品能提高机体的抗氧化能力。In this paper the antagonistic effects of alcohol extract of Cephalosporium Sinensis on ouabain induced cardiotoxicity and oxygen free radicals in guinea-pigs were studies through intraperitoneal injection. The results showed that alcohol extract of Cephalosporium Sinensis could increase tremendously the dose of ouabain to induce cardiotoxicity and LD100 therefore prolong the thoe of ouabain induced arrhythmia and LD100, increase SOD activity and decrease MDA content significantly.This study indicates that the alcohoI extract of Cephalosporium Sinensis can increase the ability of organism to antagonize oxygen free radicals.
