摘　　要：为提高中小户型的设计质量,使其满足可持续发展的要求,提出以适应性的原则来指导中小户型的设计,对住宅适应性设计的概念和设计手法进行了系统的阐述,并结合优秀的实例进行详细的分析,最后对未来的住宅适应性发展方向作了一定的展望。In order to improve the quality of design so as to make the departments meet the requirement of continuous development, this article suggested that the design of small-sized and middle-sized departments should be guided by the principle of adaptability, and also illustrated the concept and the design methods of adaptable department design in a specific and systematic way, using several top-level examples. At last, the article predicted the direction of the development of adaptable department design in the future.
