摘　　要：本文从实际问题出发,以山东日处理污水规模为10万吨某污水处理厂为例,设计了污水处理厂自动监控系统。系统以SIEMENS公司的S7-300 PLC作为数据采集及控制单元,配合各种检测和控制设备对含氧量、液位、流量及气体浓度等检测量进行数据采集。上位机通过西门子的上位监控软件WINCC和各站进行数据交换,从而实现集中控制。This article based on practice and we designed the monitor and control system of sewage treatment in a certain sewage treatment factory, which can dispose 100,000-ton sewage every day. We use S7-300 of SIEMENS as the data collection and control unit with kinds of monitor and control equipment collecting data such as water level, flux, the thickness of some gas and so on. Senior PC exchange data with each station through WINCC software of SIEMENS, thus we realize the centralized-control.
