摘　　要：针对J55石油套管热轧板卷的试制情况，重点从轧制过程控制、产品实物质量进行了分析。结果表明：化学成分、力学性能及板卷的外观尺寸等能满足技术协议但钢材的夹杂物、带状组织不能完全满足．需要进一步提高钢的纯净度，控制钢材的连铸、加热温度等。In view of the trial - production of J55 hot-rolled coiled sheet for petroleum casing pipe, rolling process control and comprehensive quality of the products were analyzed. The results show that chemical composi- tions, mechanical properties and apparent sizes of coil sheet, etc. can satisfy the technological agreement, but its inclusions and zonal structures can not, so it is necessary to improve purity of the steel, control its continuous casting and heating temperatures, etc.
