摘　　要：介绍了菜钢开发大规格Ф50mm英标BS460钢筋混凝土用钢筋的试制方案设计及实施过程。通过微合金化和轧后余热处理两种试制工艺对比，根据产品的最终性能、产品的微观组织形态及结合现有工艺状况，确定公司Ф50mm英标钢筋生产方案，达到批量生产能力。This paper introduces the manufacturing plan and implementation process of （BS460） Ф50 mm rebar for reinforced concrete. Through the contrast of the two kinds of trial-manufacturing crafts, micro-alloying and afterheat treatment after rolling,according to the product＇s final performance, microscopic organization and the existing processes, the production plan for （BS460）Ф50 mm rebar was fixed on, achieving the batch production ability.
