摘　　要：波纹补偿器是煤气管网系统中的重要备件，目前煤气管网中的补偿器由于受高炉煤气中酸根离子的影响出现不同程度腐蚀，通过对补偿器失效分析，确认补偿器失效与其结构、材质和运行工况有关，并从补偿器失效影响因素出发进行改型研发。The ripple compensators are important spare parts in the gas pipe network system. At present, the compensators used in the gas pipe network have become corroded in varying degrees owing to the influences of acid radical ions in BFG on them. Through the analysis it was confirmed that compensators＇failures were related to their structures, materials and working conditions, from which R＆D were carried out on retrofit.
