经皮穿刺腰椎间盘摘除术早期术后反应的防治与器械改进

摘　　要：经皮穿刺腰椎间盘摘除术治疗腰椎间盘突出症已广泛应用于临床。但其术后早期反应各文献未见报导。作者通过100例，共140个椎间盘的疗效观察研究，并进行治疗方法与器械的改进，使髓核的摘除量由平均26克增加到3．2克；术后早期反应率由25．5％下降至6．7％；同时介绍了器械改进原理与优点。The treatment of the protusion of lumbar interver-tebral disc with automatic percutaneous lumbar diskecto-my has been widely app1ied in the clinics. The therapeu-tic effect of this kind of treatment on 140 intervertebraldiscs in 100 cases has been evaluated- With the improve-ment of theraPeutic methed and its device, the amount ofexcised nucleus pulposus was increased from 2. 6 gm to3. 2 gm in average,and the rate of early postoperative re-action was decreased from 25. 5% to 6. 7%. And themechanism of improving device and its advantage werealso introduced.
