摘 要:为证实高原低氧环境对胎儿宫内生长发育的影响,我们调查了拉萨市(海拔3,658m,大气压490mnmHg)15例藏族和16例汉族新生儿的出生体重、身长、头围,并测定了脐带血的血红蛋白浓度和血球压积。结果显示:藏族新生儿的出生体重、身长和头围测定值分别比汉族新生儿高311g、2.4cm和1.9cm(P值均小于0.05);脐带血血球压积和血红蛋白浓度分别低6.3%(P<0.001)和1.8g/dl(P<0.01)。提示:高原低氧环境影响胎儿宫内生长发育。世居高原居民由于具有对高原低氧环境的遗传性适应能力,因此代偿了缺氧对胎儿宫内生长发育的影响。In order to comfirm the effect of high altitude hypoxia environment on growth development of intrauterine fetus,the neonatal body weight, body height, head circumference of 15 cases of Tibetan and 16 cases of Han New-borns in Lhasa(3658m above sea level,490mm Hg atmospherie pressure ) are measured and the hemoglobin concentration of cord blood, blnd cell compression volume are determined.The results show that the determinedvalues of neonatal body weight, body heightand head circumference of Tibetan new borns are higher than those of Han new borns: 311g, 2. 4cm, and 1. 9cm respectively (P<0.05 of all) ; the blood cell compression volume and hemoglobin concentration of cord blood are lower 6. 3% (P<0. 01 )and 1. 8g/dl(P < 0.01) respectively. It shows that the growth development of intrauterine fetus is affected by high altitude hypoxia environment. Due to the native high-alltitude residents possess hereditary adaptive capacity on high altitude hypoxia environment, it compensates the effect of hypoxia on growth development of intrauterine fetus.
