摘  要:利用57株木霉菌株对番茄灰霉菌(Botrytis cineren)进行室内抑菌效果测定和小区防病试验。结果表明:①木霉菌菌株对灰霉菌的作用机制主要表现在较强的重寄生作用,其释放的代谢产物消解灰霉菌菌丝。②其中有的木霉菌菌株的分生孢子释放的代谢产物能够抑制灰霉菌孢子萌发,有的能够刺激灰霉菌孢子萌发,说明各个木霉菌菌株的代谢产物不尽相同。③两年的小区防治番茄灰霉病试验,有4株木霉菌株的平均防治效果在60%以上,其菌株具有生长速度快、产孢早及产孢量大等特点。By testing of the vitro and field plots to Tomato Botrytis cineren in 57 Trichoderma strains, the results showed that Trichoderma strains limited strongly the hypha growth of Tomato Botrytis cineren and the good strains of fungiststic action accounted for 45.61% in the all screened strains. The second, the strain of fungistatic action accounted for 6.90%. Mechanism of Trichoderma antagonistic strains to Botrytis cineren showed strongly the double parasitism. Trichoderma strains could release metabolic materials and eliminated the hypha of Botrytis cine- ten. Most of Trichoderma strains inhibited the spore germination and hypha growth of Botrytis cineren. During two yeats, the control effect of four strains of Trichoderma were over 60% in the field plots. They possessed excellent characteristics in the quick growth, early sporulate and high quantum of spore-production. They were good value Trichoderma strains.
