摘  要:用桂糖11号作供体,经过诱变获得了在节间形状、叶型、芽形、生长带颜色等性状发生变异的突变体。用AFLP分子标记对这些突变体进行分析表明,突变体与供体之间存在着不同程度的多态性,多态位点数量随突变体不同而异,且多数突变体都存在多个位点突变。在突变体和供体之间,找到两个稳定的特异性AFLP标记,分别为桂糖11变引物EACC+MCAC,EACC+MCTG和EACT+MCCC的1 kb AFLP标记;桂糖11变和共培芽引物EACC+MCTG和EACT+MCCC的630bp AFLP标记。With GT 11 as donor, the mutants were produced with variations at intemode shape,leaf shape, bud shape, the colour of growth ring. The results of AFLP analysis for the mutants showed that there were polymorphism between mutants and donor,and the numbers of locus for the polymorphism were different among the mutants and many mutants had more than one mutation loci. Two AFLP markers were found in the 2 detected mutants. A 1Kb AFLP marker which was amplified by the primers EACC + MCAC, EACC + MCTG and EACT + MCCC was found in the mutant of the GTll Bian. A 630bp AFLP marker which was amplified by the primers EACC + MCTG and EACT + MCCC was specifically related with the mutant of the GT11 Bian and the Gongpeiya.
