摘 要:以800只29日龄鹅为试验动物,以砻糠和玉米秸秆为主要纤维源,在日粮等能量等蛋白的前提下,采用2因子5水平的二次回归正交旋转组合设计试验,首次研究了纤维酶制剂添加量和日粮粗纤维水平对日增重的影响,建立了两因素对日增重关系的数学模型;最后确定了纤维酶制剂和日粮粗纤维在鹅日粮中的最佳配比为:纤维酶制剂添加量0.3%和日粮粗纤维水平6.16%,平均日增重为54.29 g。In order to increase daily gain and improve economic benefit of breeding geese, percentages of dietary crude fiber and cellulase preparation in growing geese diets were optimized. Rice hull meal and corn stalk meal as the main sources of fiber, eight hundred 29-day old geese as experimental animals, through dual quadratic rotary regression orthogonal design experiment with two factors and five levels, were used to study firstly the effect of eellulase preparation recruitment and dietary crude fiber level in growing geese diets containing equal energy and protein on average daily gain, and a mathematical model describing the relationship between average daily gain and two factors was developed. The optimum percentages of cellulase preparation and dietary crude fiber in geese diets are as follows: cellulase preparation recruitment 0.3 % and dietary crude fiber level 6.16 %, and the average daily gain is 54.29 g.
