摘  要:通过微卫星标记技术对我国12个中型家鹅群体(丰城灰鹅、广丰白翎鹅、兴国灰鹅、浙东白鹅、钢鹅、四川白鹅、马岗鹅、织金白鹅、溆浦鹅、雁鹅、武冈铜鹅、皖西白鹅)的遗传多样性进行了分析。结果表明:12个品种的平均杂合度都较高,最高的为淅东白鹅,最低的为雁鹅,杂合度范围为0.4958—0.6547,12个鹅种资源群体平的均杂合度为0.5999,反映了各鹅种的杂合度都较高,遗传多样性丰富;通过计算Ds遗传距离发现各群体的遗传距离较远,分化时间较长;NJ聚类结果将12个中型鹅种聚为3类,NJ的聚类结果分析与几个鹅品种的地域分布关系并不密切。By using microsatellite markers, the genetic diversity of 12 medium-body type domestic goose populations in china, including Fengcheng Grey, Guangfeng Bailing, Xingguo Grey, Zhedong White, Gang, Sichuan White, Magang, Zhijin White, Xupu, Yan, Wugang Tong and Wanxi White goose populations, was analyzed in this experiment. The results showed that the mean heterezygosity (H) was higher in 12 populations, the highest is Zhedong White, the lowest is Yan, which ranged from 0. 4958 -0. 6547. The mean heterozygosity of 12 goose populations was 0.5999, which reflected the rich diversity. The DA genetic distances suggested the longer differentiation. 12 mediumbody type goose breeds were clustered into three groups based on the NJ clustering, the clustering results were not dosed to the distributions of these goose populations.
