摘 要:在室内模拟实验条件下,分析研究了文蛤培养区底泥中的硫化物(S2-)和水体中的化学需氧量(COD)以及溶解氧(DO)的含量,结果表明:S2-和COD含量均随培养时间延长而迅速增加,DO持续降低;相关性分析表明S2-、COD和DO两两之间均存在较好的相关性,S2-和COD相关系数平均达到0.90(P<0.01);同时,对三因子几何均值型污染指数分析发现,COD的污染程度最为严重,且当文蛤培养密度超过100只/m2时,COD和DO污染指数均大幅上升,结合潮滩自然生态环境条件,认为,滩涂文蛤增养殖密度应控制在100只/m2以下。Three main environmental factors were analysed under different Meretrix meretrix culture density in laboratory,which were Sulfuret(S^2-) in sediments,DO and COD in water.The results showed that S^2- and COD were increasing as time went by,while DO was reduced.The correlations among three environmental factors appeared highly significant, the correlation coefficient between S2- and COD approximately reached 0.90(P〈0.01).The geometric mean standard pollution indexes of three factors indicated that the most serious pollution was COD, and when the clam density was more than 100 pieces per m2,the pollution indexes of COD and DO began to rise sharply.Based on the tidal natural environmental factors,we suggested that the Meretrix meretrix culture density should be below 100 pieces per m^2.
