摘　　要：提高工程造价行业自主创新能力,实现工程造价行业可持续性发展,推动我国建筑工程价格管理的规范化、市场化和科学化进程。以综合实现建设项目的经济效益、环境效益和社会效益。The paper aims at discussing the approaches to improve independent innovation in the industry of construction cost evaluation so as to realize the sustainable development in the industry, to standardize the eonstruction cost management in a scientific and market - oriented way, hence achieving efficiency economically, environmentally and socially.
