摘　　要：社会因素、经济发展和家庭观念的嬗变是当前我国离婚率居高不下的主要原因。增加离婚成本、保护妇女的合法权益、提高婚姻质量是关键。The social factor, the economical development and the attachment to family evolution is the primary cause which the divorce rate stays at a high level. It is the key solution that increasing divorce cost, protecting woman＇ s legitimate rights and interests and improving the marital quality.
