摘 要:目的:观察辐照猪皮与金因肽在儿童II度烧伤治疗中的作用。方法:治疗组清创后应用辐照猪皮与金因肽覆盖创面;对照组应用磺胺嘧啶银锌霜+金因肽覆盖创面。临床选择65例患者(总共127个创面),包括浅、深Ⅱ度烧伤,临床观察创面愈合时间、应用辐照猪皮与金因肽对全身情况的影响,后期瘢痕增生情况。结果:治疗组比对照组创面愈合时间明显缩短,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05);患者未出现过敏反应和其他不良反应,后期随访瘢痕增生少。结论:辐照猪皮与金因肽联合治疗儿童II度烧伤创面,可促进创面上皮化,明显缩短创面愈合时间,瘢痕增生少,疗效可靠。Objective The study was undertaken to investigate the effect of radiated pig skin and rhEGF in children patient with partial thickness burns. Methods 65 patients with 127 wounds utilized as randomized trial to investigate the promoting healing effects of radiated pig skin and rhEGF were divided into two groups. In the treatment group the wound were covered with radiated pig skin and rhEGF. The self corresponding wounds with same depth in all patients were used as control. In the control group the wounds were covered with SD-AG-ZN cream+rhEGF. The completely healing of all wounds was observed including Ⅱdegree burns, deep Ⅱdegree burns injury. Results The healing time was significantly shorter in treatment group than control group. Conclusion radiated pig skin and rhEGF in children burns can effectively promote wound healing, hyperplastic scars reduced.
