摘 要:研究了NaCl浓度、SnCl2浓度、十六烷基三甲基氯化铵(CTMAC)用量、NaCl用量对氯化亚锡-十六烷基三甲基氯化铵体系浮选分离铂、钯、铑、金的影响。研究表明,HCl为0.24mol/L,Sn2Cl为0.10mol/L,CTMAC为1.0×10-3mol/L,NaCl为0.1g/mL,浮选前60℃水浴加热10min,对不同含量的贵金属10.0~100.0μg,铂、钯、铑、金的浮选率分别为95.2%~98.0%、97.3%~97.6%、93.4%~97.1%和96.6%~99.1%,在HCl介质中体系可同时浮选铂、钯、铑、金,而常见基体元素如Zn2+、Cd2+、Co2+、Al3+、Cu2+、Fe3+、Ni2+的浮选率低于2.5%,和对阳极泥、砂铂矿、废催化剂样品的分离分析结果与其它方法相符,此方法可用于从量基体金属中分离铂、钯、铑、金。The flotation separation of platinum, palladium, rhodium and gold was studied in aqueous solution containing SnCl2 and cetyltrimetheyl ammonium chloride in the presence of NaCl and HCl medium. After heating a solution of 0. 10 mol/L SnCl2 , 1.0 × 10^- 3 mol/L cetyltrimetyl ammonium chloride, 0. 1 g/mL NaC1 and 0.24 mol/L HCl with water bath at 60 ℃ for 10 min the percent separation of platinum, palladium, rhodium and gold was 95.2% - 98.0%,97.3% - 97.6%,93.4% - 97.1% 和l 96.6% - 99. 1%, respectively with flotation separation. The separation results of the synthetic samples show that the method can separate platinum, palladium, rhodium and gold from a great amount of base metals such as Fe ( Ⅲ ) , Pb(Ⅱ), Al(Ⅲ), Cu(Ⅱ), Zn(Ⅱ), Ca(Ⅱ), and this method has been also used for the separation platinum, palladium, rhodium and gold from real samples with satisfactory results.
