摘  要:目的:建立一种简便快速的尿中1-羟基芘(1-OHP)测定的新方法.方法:在十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)存在下,1-OHP与灿烂绿(BG)形成离子缔合物导致体系共振光散射(RLS)增强.结果:在pH 6.5的Tris-HCl缓冲液中,体系最大RLS峰位于467.6 nm,其强度与1-OHP浓度呈线性关系.方法的线性范围为4.3~1091.3 μg/L,相关系数r=0.9994,检出限1.3 μg/L,相对标准偏差分别为5.8%、2.2%、5.6%,平均回收率为98.0%(n=6).结论:用于人尿中痕量1-OHP的测定,并与高效液相色谱法比较,结果满意.Objective:To set up a new method for determination of 1 - hydroxypyrene ( 1 - OHP) in urine samples. Methods: The intensity of system'resonance light scattering (RLS) was significantly enhanced due to the formation of ionassociation complex of 1 -OHP with brilliant green (BG) in the presence of sodium dodecy]benzene sulfonate (SDBS). Results: In riffs -HCI buffer solution of pH 6, 5 ,the maximum RLS peak was located at 467.6 nm and the enhanced intensity of RLS at this wavelength was directly propotional to the concentration of 1 -OHP. The linear range of the calibration curve was 4. 3 - 1091.3 p,g/L with a correlation coefficient of 0. 9994 and the detection limit for 1 - OHP was 1.3 p,g/L. The relative standard deviations were 5.8% , 2. 2%, 5.6%, respectively, and the average recovery was 98.0% (n = 6). Conclusion:The proposed method is used to detect 1 - OHP in human urine and the results are satisfactory in comparison with those obtained by the method of high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC).
