超细改性硅灰石/橡胶硫化胶片力学性能研究

摘　　要：硅灰石经超细粉碎及化学包覆改性后填充于橡胶中,通过复合硫化胶片力学性能、拉伸断口形状和SEM分析,发现超细改性后的硅灰石对橡胶有明显的增强、增韧作用,是天然橡胶的理想填料。Wollastonite ground and modified was filled in rubber. It was showed that the wollastonite had remarkable reinforcing effect and toughening effect on rubber by analyses of mechanical properties, the shape of stretching fracture and SEM of compound vulcanized sheet. The modified Wollastonite was ideal filler of natural rubber.
