摘  要:院校科研成果的综合评价历来是评判机关和研究单位普遍关注的问题。传统的评价方法有总分法、加权平均法。但当评价指标是模糊概念,权重也带有模糊性时,传统的评价方法就不合适了。在分析院校科研项目评价工作的基础上,从定性分析和定量评估相结合的角度出发,应用层次分析法和模糊数学中的相关知识,采用模糊多级综合评判方法对科研项目进行评价,并通过实例分析说明这一方法用于评价科研项目结果可信,操作简单,有广泛的应用背景。Judgment departments and research parties have always attended the assessment of scientific research subjects. The traditional assessment methods include total/part and weight average. But when the assessment guideline is fuzzy concept and the weight is fuzzy, these methods are not suitable. In this paper, on the basis of analyzing assessment of scientific research subjects, from the viewpoints of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, the fuzzy multilevel comprehensive evaluation method is used to assessment scientific research subjects by employing the knowledge of analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy mathematics. The example result shown that the method is believable, its operation is easy and has good applied future.
