摘　　要：LXI是继GPIB、VXI和PXI总线技术之后,基于以太网络的新一代自动测试系统模块化构架平台标准。LXI技术构建在久经证明的工业标准上,融合了GPIB仪器的高性能、VXI/PX I卡式仪器的小体积以及LAN的高速吞吐率,能够快速、高效率、高性价比的构建测试系统。介绍了LXI技术规范,分析了网络消息触发、IEEE-1588时钟同步触发和触发总线等三种定时与同步技术的原理,重点分析了LXI技术特点及其诸多优点,最后简要阐述了LXI的应用前景。LXI is a next - generation modularization platform standard for automation test systems based on Ethernet- LAN after GPIB, VXI and PXI bus technologies. LXI is a versatile architecture based on mature industry standards, and it can reconfigure test systems with high speed, high efficiency, and high performance and cost ratio, and can combine the high performance measurements of GPIB, the reduced size of VXI/PXI, and high throughput of LAN. LXI standard and features are introduced. The principles of timing and synchronization are also analyzed. At last, it introduces briefly its application prospect.
