摘 要:目的:以羟丙基甲基纤维素(HPMC)为骨架材料,制备复方丹参缓释片,并考查其体外释放度。方法:用超临界萃取丹参的有效成分,以湿法制粒压片制备复方丹参缓释片;以L9(34)正交试验法考察HPMC用量、PVP用量及乙醇浓度3因素对主药体外释放的影响,优化处方工艺,并与普通复方丹参片进行比较。结果:复方丹参缓释片具有明显的缓释作用。随HPMC的用量增加,缓释作用加强。结论:本方法制备的缓释片比普通片具有明显的缓释作用。该制备工艺简单易行,生产成本低,片剂外观及可压性良好。Objective: To use HPMC as skeleton materials for preparation of compound Danshen skeleton retard tablets (CD- SRT) and investigation of its releasing degree out of body. Method: The effective components of Danshen were extracted with super borderline, CDSRT were prepared by wet granulation; L9 (34) orthogonal design test was used to investigate the effects of three factors, the dosage of HPMC and PVP, the concentration of ethanol, on the releasing of principal agent out of body, for the optimization of prescription technology, and making a compare with common compound Danshen tablets. Result: CDSRT had an obvious retard effect, as the dosage of HPMC increasing, the effect delayed release was strengthened. Conclusion: The retard tablets that prepare by using the method has a better effect than common tablets. The preparative technology is simple with low producing cost, the shape of tablets and compressibility also were good.
