摘　　要：文章详细介绍了采用单纯针刺、温针、火针、灸法、电针、浮针、钩针、针刀、穴位注射等方法治疗肱骨外上髁炎的疗效。总体来说,针灸综合疗法疗效最为确切,但由于影响因素诸多,较难评估哪种疗法最好。The paper introduced clinical eitects to treat external humeral epicondylitis with single acupuncture or warmed needle, fire needle, moxibustion, electric needle, floating needle, hooked needle, needle knife, point injection and so on. In a word, the combined therapy of acupuncture had a confirmable effect, but because of too many effective factors, it was difficult to evaluate which therapeutic method was best.
