无线条码扫描技术在备件仓库实时管理中的应用

摘　　要：龙岩卷烟厂MIS系统中的备件库管理子系统,存在过多的人工环节,常常导致发料信息错误。为此,将无线条码扫描技术应用于备件库的领发料过程,该系统由3部分组成:数据采集与发射装置;数据接收和终端接口电路;HOST主机数据库管理系统。实现业务内容包括备件无线扫描出库、备件无线扫描紧急出库和备件盘点等。该技术应用于备件仓库实时管理系统后,实现了备件库的实时动态管理,提高了备件领发料速度,减少了领发料的出错现象。In the parts depot management subsystem in MIS of Longyan Cigarette Factory, quite a lot of operation had to be clone manually, which often resulted in erroneous information of spare parts issuing. Therefore, a system with wireless barcode scanning technology was applied in the process of spare parts issuing/receiving. The system was composed of data acquisition and sending device, data receiving and terminal interface circuit, and host database management system; and the func- tions of the system included spare parts retrieving along with wireless scanning, urgent spare parts retrieving along with wireless scanning, real-time inventory, etc. The practical application shows that the real-time dynamic management is realized, spare parts issuing/receiving is speeded up, and the mistakes in parts issuing/receiving is reduced.
