摘　　要：将O,O′-二辛基二硫代磷酸镨(PrDODP)用作天然橡胶(NR)硫黄硫化的促进剂。结果显示,PrDODP对NR硫化有显著促进效果;硫化动力学研究表明,含PrDODP的NR硫化反应活化能E为87.2 kJ/mol;PrDODP用量为3.36(质量份)的硫化胶100%定伸强度、300%定伸强度、拉伸强度和撕裂强度等力学性能最高,而扯断伸长率最小。Effects of praseodymium O,O＇- dioctyldithiophosphate （PrDODP） on the curing characteristics and vulcanization kinetics of natural rubber （NR） were investigated. The results indicated that PrDODP behaved as an effective sulfur-cured accelerator for NR. The activation energy （E） of the vulcanization was 87.2 kJ/mol by calculation. In addition, the NR vulcanizate with 3.36 phr PrDODP had excellent mechanical properties, including modulus at 100% and 300%, tensile strength, tear strength, hardness and elongation at break.
