摘 要:从对无碱、中碱和耐碱玻璃基本性能的试验研究出发,阐述了玻璃成分对玻璃纤维力学性能、化学稳定性和脆性的影响。结合建筑外墙外保温工程的要求,对中碱和耐碱玻璃纤维网布拉伸断裂强度、耐碱性、断裂伸长率和涂覆量进行了试验研究。通过对试验结果的分析,提出了无碱和中碱玻璃纤维网布的拉伸强度大于耐碱玻璃纤维网布约30%左右;经涂覆处理的中碱玻璃纤维网布用于聚合物基的外墙外保温系统是可靠的;耐碱玻璃纤维由于本身具有一定的耐碱性,再经过涂覆处理,增加了表面保护层,耐强碱的能力优于中碱玻璃纤维网布的观点。Based on the investigation of basic properties of E, C and AR glass types, the effects of glass composition on the mechanical performance, chemical stability and brittleness of glass fibers are expounded. The tensile strength, alkali resistance, breaking elongation and coating level were tested with regard to the requirements of EIFS. The analysis of test results indicates that the tensile strength orE and C #ass meshes is about 30% higher than that of AR glass, that C glass mesh after coating is reliable for the use in polymer-based EIFS and that coated AR glass mesh is superior over C glass mesh in strong alkali resistance because of its original nature and protective coating.
