从国家体育总局社会科学、软科学立项项目看体育法学研究状况(1996-2006)

摘　　要：对1996-2006年国家体育总局社会科学、软科学立项项目中关于体育法学的立项项目进行了统计分析。结果表明,历年来的立项数量并非一路攀高;普通高校法律专业系统立项数量最多;已经立项的课题偏重于实践,并且取得了一定的实践效果,基础理论研究课题在加强;但是,我国体育法学的研究还处在学习借鉴阶段。This paper makes an analysis of the sport law research item defined by State Sport General Administration of China during 1996 - 2006. The result shows that the number of defined sports law research project has not increased yearly, and the most sports law research projects were from the people majored in law from university, the number of defined sports law research projects were one - sidedly emphasized on practice, the sports law research of theory was strengthened, the sports law research has in the learning phase.
