江西植物根结线虫种类初步调查与鉴定

摘　　要：运用形态学方法对采自江西省的74个根结线虫地理种群进行初步鉴定,结果表明:南方根结线虫有49个种群,花生根结线虫有12个种群,爪哇根结线虫有8个种群;并有5个为混合种群,其中3个为南方根结线虫和爪哇根结线虫的混合种群,2个为南方根结线虫和花生根结线虫的混合种群。调查表明,南方根结线虫在江西分布广泛,为优势种群。74 root -knot nematodes species from Jiangxi province were investlgated with the method of morphology, in which 49 were Meloidogyne incognita, 12 were M. arenaria, 8 were M. javanica, and 5 were the mixture species in which 3 were the mix of Meloidogyne incognita and M. javanica, two were the mix of Meloid%oyne incognita and M. arenaria. The investigation indicated that Meloidogyne incognita was widely distributed in Jiangxi province which was the dominant species.
