摘 要:为了控制板坯连铸结晶器内钢水的卷渣,提出一种用结晶器流场数值模拟计算结果对前人研究出的液面波动指数F数进行计算的方法,研究了F数与液面波动及板坯浇注工艺参数的关系.研究表明:从结晶器流场的数值模拟计算结果中调用相应的计算F数所需的参数,可以方便地计算出F数.调整浇注工艺参数将F数控制在3~5就可以将液面波动控制在±(3~5) mm的合理范围内,从而减小或避免结晶器内的卷渣.To control slag entrapment, a new method was put forward to calculate the level fluctuation index, i.e. F value, which was defined by other researchers. F value could easily be calculated based on the results of numerical simulation of slab continuous casting mold flow. The relationship between F value and level fluctuation in the mold as well as operational technological parameters were also studied. It is shown that using the data of numerical simulation of slab continuous casting mold flow can easily calculate F value. By adjusting operational technological parameters, the range of F value can be controlled in 3 -5, and the surface fluctuation in ± (3- 5) mm, as a result, slag entrapment can be avoided.
