牛黄消炎丸“泛白”现象探析

摘　　要：牛黄消炎丸,为百草霜包衣丸,该药常出现"泛白"现象,严重影响了产品的质量。而引起"泛白"的物质是易溶性阳离子盐类。为解决此问题,我们对百草霜的前处理工艺进行了改进,降低了百草霜中Na、K、Ca等金属离子的含量,从而减少其"泛白"现象,最终提高了药品质量。Niuhuang xiaoyan pill, coating pill of pulvis fumi carbonisatus, always shows up ＇ salting out＇ phenomenon, and decreases its quality. The reason is due to separation of freely soluble positive ion. In order to solve this problem, we improved the pre-procedure methods of pulvis fumi carbonisatus, deceased the metal ion level such as Na^＋ ,K^＋ ,Ca^2＋ ,et al in the crude drug and then reduced the amount of ＂salting out＂, finally improved the quality of Niuhuang xiaoyan pill.
