摘 要:对含碘磷矿石生产磷产品时产生的废弃物(废水)采用闭路循环法处理,在消除有害物质对环境污染的同时回收碘,所得碘样品含碘95.5%。并对国内外提碘生产工艺的可行性作了分析和讨论,认为采用自主发明专利技术(专利号:03117890.1)"利用磷矿石生产磷产品时产生的废弃物,包括:废水、废气为提碘原料提取碘或碘的化合物",可以实现磷矿伴生碘资源的综合回收。In this paper, the method of closed-cycle was used to treat with yellow phosphorus wastewater comaining iodiine.The purity of iodine sample reached 95.5 %. The feasibility of iodine productive technology at home and abroad was analyzed and discussed. The results showed that the patent invented by the authors could comprehensively recovery iodine from phosphate ore containing iodine. The number of the patenl is 03117890.1, and its name is that extraction of iodine or iodide from the wastewater or waste gas discarded from using phosphate ore containing iodine to produce phosphorus products.
