摘 要:对甘肃临泽出产的凹凸棒矿石进行了纯化、分离实验,确定了高速剪切结合超声波分散的提纯方案,提纯率可达99%以上,且矿浆的悬浮性能大幅提高,并对原矿和提纯矿进行了XRD、FT-IR、SEM、TEM等分析,结果表明经过适当的方法纯化,甘肃凹凸棒矿石的纯度和性能大幅度提高,应用领域和应用价值提高,具备工业化生产的可行性。The attapulgite clay minerals found in Linze county Gansu province were analyzed by x-ray fluorescence diffraction. The tests of purification and separation on the attapulgite clay minerals were carried out. The purification plan of combining high speed cut with ultrasonic decentralization was confirmed. The purification rate could be above 99%, and the suspension property of the attapulgite slurry was increased greatly. The raw clay minerals and purified clay miuerals were analyzed by XRD, FT - IR ,SEM, TEM, The results showed that the purity and the capability of Gansu attapulgite were improved greatly, and its application fields and application value were enlarged. The purification method can be used in the industry.
