降浊通脉汤治疗痰瘀痹阻型冠心病心绞痛60例

摘　　要：目的:观察降浊通脉汤治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法:将120例冠心病心绞痛患者随机分为两组,对照组(60例)用常规治疗,治疗组(60例)在常规治疗的基础上加用降浊通脉汤。结果:治疗组有效率为88.33%,对照组有效率为71.67%,两组有效率比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:降浊通脉汤治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效显著。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effects of Jiangzhuo Tongmai Decoction in treating angina pectoris of coronary artery disease with blockage of phlegm and blood stasis. Methods： 120 patients with angina pectoris of coronary artery disease were randomly divided into treatment group （ n = 60 ） and control group （ n = 60 ）. The latter were given routine treatment, while the former routine treatment and Jiangzhuo Tongmai Decoction. Results： The efficiency of the treatment group was 88. 33 % and that of the other group 71.67 %, The difference between the two groups had apparent significance （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Jiangzhuo Tongmai Decoction has significant curative effect in treating angina pectoris of coronary artery disease.
