摘　　要：针对胜利油田浅海地基砂土容易液化的特点和坐底式平台在定位作业过程中遭遇的地基液化、淘空、滑移问题,分析了产生该问题的原因,提出了防止平台淘空滑移的技术措施,介绍了一种可以实时监测地基液化的新装置。Pointing to the problem that the floor tends to liquefaction in the shallows around Shengli Oilfield and the platform seated seabed often encounters liquefaction, erosion and slippage, the paper states the situation and provides the technology against eroding and slippage. A new liquefaction survey equipment used in seabed is also recommended in the paper.
