摘  要:综述了氢合金化钛合金粉末成形工艺的研究现状和发展情况。介绍了置氢钛合金粉末成形工艺、成形件的性能以及氢的作用机制。展望了用含氢钛合金粉末成形工艺制备高性能、低成本钛合金制件的前景。Progress in technologies for preparation of Ti alloy and Ti alloy parts by Ti alloy powder metallurgy with hydrogen alloying was surveyed. The formation technologies of Ti alloy powder with hydrogen, properties of formed parts as well as the work mechanism of hydrogen in the Ti alloy powder were described. The future of the Ti alloy parts with high properties and low cost by Ti alloy powder with hydrogen was reviewed.
