摘　　要：从电网频率的一次调整技术分析入手,总结了湖北省一次调频的现状,通过分析和研究电网一次调频的静态和动态特性,在理论上提出了完善电网侧一次调频功能的建议,同时结合湖北电网一次调频试验的实例,提出了通过完善发电侧机组的一次调频功能,提高电网安全、稳定运行的措施。To begin with analyzing the technology of primary frequency modulation function of the power grid,its actualities in Hubei province is summarized. By researching on its dynamic and static characteristic, some adivces which can perfect its function are proposed. Meanwhile,integrated with a testing example of pri- mary frequency modulation in Hubei power grid through perfecting its function of units at generating side,the measures to enhance the security and stability of power gird are put forward.
