系统性红斑狼疮合并干燥综合症患者唾液腺Tc^mO_4^-显像研究

摘　　要：目的探讨TcmO4-动态显像对系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)合并干燥综合征(SS)的诊断价值.方法对55例系统性红斑狼疮患者(其中合并干燥综合征24例即SS组,合并轻度口眼干燥12例,无干燥表现患者19例),行唾液腺TcmO4-动态显像,观察其图像及ROI计数分析.结果SLE中SS患者双侧腮腺、唾液腺形态明显异常,摄取TcmO4-功能低下.与轻度口眼干燥组和无干燥组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05).结论唾液腺TcmO4-动态显像对于评估系统性红斑狼疮患者的唾液腺功能及判断是否合并干燥症有重要价值.Objective To determine the diagnostic value of salivary gland imaging with pertechnetate - ^99m in systemic lupus erythematosus （SLE） patients with Sjogren＇ s syndrome （SS）. Methods Dynamic pertechnetateh- ^99m salivary gland imaging was used to determine systemic lupus erythematosus patients in the group of 24 cases of SS, the group of 12 case complicated with dried eye and mouth and the control group of 19 cases. Results In patients with SS, the pertechnetateh -99m salivary gland imaging was significantly lower than that in the other two groups （ P 〈0. 01 ）. Conclusion Salivary gland scintigraphy is a valuable method for evaluating the function of salivary gland of SLE patients with SS and for judging whether Sjogren＇ s syndrome is combined with.
