摘　　要：由于手术麻醉技术的发展和老年化社会的到来,老年患者接受手术麻醉的数量不断增加,老年患者麻醉手术后中枢神经功能障碍的问题将会是一个日渐突出的问题.术后中枢神经功能障碍是一个公共卫生问题,进一步研究阐述其危险因素、预防与治疗策略及病理生理机制具有重要意义.The combination of an aging population and improvements in both anesthesia and surgery has led to increases in the number of elderly patients undergoing surgery, and the postoperative CNS dysfunction will become an increasingly common problem. Postoperative CNS dysfunction is a public health problem worthy of further study to elucidate the risk factors, preventative and therapeutic strategies and underlying pathophysiology.
