水中铜的快速试纸检测方法

摘　　要：目的建立一种水中铜的现场快速检测方法。方法采用试纸检测方法,其原理是Cu^2＋在弱碱性条件下与显色剂反应生成棕黄色络合物,通过与标准色阶图谱比较,确定Cu^2＋的浓度。选用0.1%铜试剂浸泡中性定量滤纸,干燥后用0.5%醋酸铅溶液浸泡,制作铜检测试纸。测定时将检测样品pH调节在8.0-11.0之间,试纸插入1 min取出,2 min以后观察测定结果。采用建立的方法对天津市河水、湖水、海水及自来水样中的铜进行加标（5.0 mg·L^-1）回收测定,并同国家标准方法进行比较。结果采用本方法对上述水样测得的结果与国家标准方法测得的结果相符,回收测定值均在5.0左右。结论本方法简单、方便,测定的结果比较准确,可应用于现场水样中铜的快速监测。Objective To establish a new method for determination of copper in water. Methods A test strip method was adopted. The principle is that Cu^2＋ reacts with developing reagent to form brown colored complex compound under weak alkaline condition. The concentration of the unknown is determined by comparison with a series of color standards. Blank filter papers were soaked in two steps. In the first step, the blank filter papers were soaked by 0.1% cupral reagent. In the second step, the filter papers were soaked by 0.5 % lead acetate and were cut into test strips after the filter papers were dried. The test strips were insert into water samples at pH 8.0 - 11.0 for 1 min. The results were observed after 2 min. Recovery tests by adding known concentration of Cu^2＋ （5.0 mg·L^-1） into the water samples from the river, lake, sea, and tap water in Tianjin were performed and compared with the national standard method. Result The results obtained with the test strips were in good agreement with those of national standard method. All the recovery values were about 5.0 mg· L^-1. Conclusion The method is simple, easy to use and suitable for rapid detection of copper in water on - the- spot.
