摘　　要：经济欠发达地区中小城市与高等院校共建图书馆是一种新的办馆模式,它是一种新型的组织管理体制。分析了当前我国现有图书馆管理体制的现状和不足,提出了共建图书馆的运作方法和机制。It is a new model to building library with city and universities in the economically underdeveloped areas, and also a new management model. This paper analyses the status and inadequate of current library management, puts forward functions and mechanism for building library.
