摘　　要：目的研究乳腺癌患者家庭治疗对其围手术期心理状况及社会支持的影响。方法采用随机对照的方法,对80例乳腺癌患者采用焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表、症状自评量表、社会支持量表进行问卷调查。结果实验组患者实施家庭治疗后,焦虑、抑郁情绪、心理健康状况、社会支持与对照组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);实验组患者实施家庭治疗前后,患者焦虑、抑郁情绪、心理健康状况、社会支持比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论家庭治疗对提高乳腺癌患者的社会支持及改善其心理状况有显著性意义,临床护士有必要对围手术期乳腺癌患者开展积极、有效的家庭治疗。Objective To explore the effect of family therapy on social support and mental status in peri - operative patients with breast cancer. Method 80 patients with breast cancer were divided into experimental group and control group. The patients in experimental group received family therapy. The Self- Rated Anxiety Scale （SAS） , Self- Rated Depression Scale （SDS） , Symptom -Checklist- 90 （SCL-90） and Social Support Rating Scale （SSRS） were used to assess patients＇ social support and mental status. Result After family therapy, significant differences were found both between experimental group and control group, and compared with before, in terms of the anxiety and depression,mental health status and social support（P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Family therapy is helpful to improve social support and mental status of breast cancer patients. It is necessary for clinical nurses to provide effective family therapy for peri - operative patients with breast cancer.
