摘 要:目的了解20株鲍曼不动杆菌(A.baumannii,AB)β-内酰胺酶基因存在状况。方法用PCR方法对20株AB菌的9种β-内酰胺酶基因进行检测。结果20株AB菌中blaTEM阳性13株(65%)、blaADC阳性12株(60%)、blaSHV阳性1株(5%),其余β-内酰胺酶基因均阴性;1株blaSHV测得序列经比对为blaSHV-36型;1株blaADC作全长基因测序,测得序列经比对与美国核酸库已登录的blaADC DNA序列均不同,为新亚型。结论该20株AB菌对β-内酰胺类抗生素耐药与产β-内酰胺酶密切相关。Objective To investigate the encoding genes of β-lactamases on 20 strains of Acinetobacter baumannii isolated in Xinjiang province. Method Twenty strains of A. baumannii were isolated from hospitalized patients, and 9 kinds of β-lactamases genes were detected. Results The detection rates of β-lactamasesen coding genes of blaTEM, blaADC and blaSHV groups were 65%, 60% and 5% respectively, and the others were not found in all the tested isolats. With sequencing and alignment, the PCR amplification product of blaSHV was identified as blaSHV-36. The full sequence of one β-lactamase ADC strain was different with that of β-lactamase ACD GenBank, and it was a new subtype. Conclusions Drug-resistance of the 20 strains to β-lactam were closely related with β-lactamases.
