上尿路手术中双J管的临床应用体会(附86例报告)

摘　　要：目的探讨双J管在上尿路手术中的置管方法、时间、适应证及并发症。方法对86例复杂性肾结石、输尿管结石、输尿管狭窄、肾盂输尿管连接部梗阻患者,在上尿路手术中应用双J管作内支架,内引流。结果疗效满意,术后均无严重尿外渗及伤口感染等并发症。结论双J管具有内支架和内引流的双重作用,操作简单,并发症少,在上尿路手术中应用广泛。Objective To study the method, time, indications and complications of indwelling double J interhal drainage tube in the operation of upper urinary tract.Methods The double J rubes were used as internal drainage in the operation of upper urinary tract in 86 patients with complicated nephrolithiasis, ureteral calculi, ureteroplvic junction obstruction. Results No complications such as severe urinary extravasation, wound infection occurred after operation.The double J tubes had the dual functions of internal stent and internal drainage.Conclusion The double J tubes can be indwelled easily and safely in the operation of upper urinary tract.
