摘　　要：目的评价激光治疗下肢静脉曲张的安全性和疗效。方法2002年3月至2006年6月对下肢静脉曲张患者223例(283肢)行激光治疗术,观察术后效果。结果223例手术疗效满意,经过1至14个月(平均6个月)的随访,所有患者的曲张静脉均闭塞,除了9例下肢静脉炎外,余无并发症发生,亦无复发。结论激光治疗下肢静脉曲张是一种安全、有效、微创的治疗方法。Abstract：Objective To evaluate the effects of endovenous laser treament （EVLT） onvaricose in lower extrem ities.Methods All 226 limbs in 223 patients with varicose in lower extrem ities were treated with EVLT.Results All patients were followed up 1 - 14months（mean6- 25months）. The result was satisfactied,other complication was observed excephlebitis of lower extreme ities in 9 cases.Condusion EVLT is new treatment effectiveess in lower extrme ities with advantage of safety, effectiveness and minimal - in- vasiveness.
