摘 要:光温敏雄性不育小麦育性的稳定表达是实现其成功利用的关键。研究了不同种植方式对2个光温敏雄性不育小麦育性表达的影响。结果表明,随播种时期的推迟、播种密度的降低、行间距的增加,自交结实率呈升高趋势。方差分析表明,播种时期对自交结实的影响最大,播种时期与播种密度、播种行间距间均存在显著的互作。年度间、株间、株内穗间、穗内小穗间、小穗内小花间均存在自交结实的差异,其中不同蘖位间自交结实粒数由多到少的顺序为主茎〉第1分蘖〉第2分蘖〉第3分蘖,第5-10小穗自交结实多于其他部位。光温敏雄性不育小麦BS366的育性可表现出由0%-70%的连续变化,而BS210的育性则在11%-42%。The effect of different planting modes on fertility expression in photo-themo-sensitive male sterile wheat was analyzed in the paper. The results showed the self-setting rate was gradually increased with the sewing time(SW) delaying,the planting density(PD) decreasing and row space(RS) increas- ing. The variance analysis indicated that the' sewing time had the strongest influence on fertility expression, and the SW× PD or SW × RS effect was signifi- cant( P 〉 0.01 ). The differences in fertility between different years, plants, tillers and florets were existent. In different tiller position, self-crossed seed fer- tility was decreased orderly: main tiller〉 first tiller〉 second tiller〉 third tiller.The grain number of seed-setting from the fifth to tenth spikes was more than other spikes. The scope of self-crossed seed-setting rate in BS366 and BS210 was 0%-70% and 11%-42 % respectively.
